What do our services include?

Our services include just about anything that a HR Team would do if you were to employ one yourself. Just like an internal HR team it is not our role to manage the staff on a day to day basis but we are there to support your management team. For eg we will advertise, shortlist and assist with an interview but ultimately it will be up to you to choose which staff member you want to employ. Likewise we will help organise staff performance reviews and record the results and action points. However, naturally we woudl not be in a position to carry out a performance review or make the financial decision on whether a staff member should get a raise etc. Specific inclusions are included in our proposals and agreements whenever you are ready to proceed with the next steps. 

What is not included in our service?

We are not practising solicitors and as such we cannot provide you with legal advice or representation. Our services also do not include recruitment advertising costs (such as ads placed in SEEK). Our standard service also does not automatically include payroll services, workplace investigations, mediation and dispute resolution, workplace restructuring, workers compensation management or Occupational Workplace Health and Safety Services. However in line with our partners we can provide these additional services as optional extras if it is ever required. Specific exclusions to the agreement 

What does it cost?

There are key components critical to the success of our HR System. We need to setup each staff member in our system and do an audit to ensure that they have everything in place. Each staff member needs a signed workplace agreement, job description, position key performance indicators and contact details. Each business also needs an in depth Staff Handbook that outlines all the rules and workplace policies that employees need to agree to. Depending on what you already have in place and what you need help with will determine what it costs to set up our service. Once it is all in place then we simply charge a weekly management fee based on how many staff you have to act as your HR team and administer the systems and processes required to manage your HR. How long do you need to commit for?

We have no lock in contracts and you can terminate at any time by just giving 4 weeks notice. However if you do commit to minimum terms then discounts off the setup fees can apply.

Where will your staff be located?

Your HR department will be a mix of Australian and Philippines based managers and personnel. All of our staff are qualified professionals with years of experience in their particular area of expertise and have specific backgrounds dealing with Australian and international companies.  Our team all work remotely but can be available online at any time for whatever assistance you may require.
